Thank you for shopping with Gracefully Touched by TK. We are honored to provide handcrafted products created with care, quality, and intention.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days unless otherwise stated. Because many of our products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may vary during product launches, holidays, and promotional events.

Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been placed, and a tracking number once it has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

We may offer promotional shipping rates or free shipping on qualifying orders during special promotions.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days (when available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by Gracefully Touched by TK.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to make changes.

Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or redirected packages.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Gracefully Touched by TK is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If a package is lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist when possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and work toward a fair resolution.

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.
