Refund policy

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product:

  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

  • Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and are either replaced or fully refunded.

If you notice an issue with the products or anything in the order that appears to be out of place,  contact takishajefferson@gracefully-touched.com and include a photograph along with a brief explanation of the problem. We will review the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of a replacement/refund. If your claim is approved, and you require a replacement, we will ship your new order within 3 business days. If you request a refund, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few work days.

 

REPLACEMENT/REFUND EXEMPTIONS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a product in case of:

Wrong address

Unclaimed or Uncollected product that returns to the facility

Buyers Remorse

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards


European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
